About Us
Seiche Stone Company was founded in 2021 by Erica Smith, owner and operator of The Gathered Earth Gift Shop, which was previously established in downtown Marquette in 2017. The idea for the crystal and gem shop presented itself when many Gathered Earth customers began asking about a place to find these items. Gradually, Erica began introducing more and more crystals to the shop inventory and the need for a new space began to grow. Soon, a new building had been bought just up the hill from The Gathered Earth and renovations started on the interior. The new store opened on November 19, 2021 and has become the go-to spot for anyone in the Marquette area who is looking for crystals or gems of any kind.
